Your Tasks

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees as well as realignment and further development of customer advisory services with a focus on efficiency, quality and scalability
• Targeted promotion as well as further development and professional support of employees
• Ensuring and managing the operational day-to-day business as well as the specialist and process know-how within the team
• Planning and allocation of resources as well as coordination of order distribution
• Ensuring efficient process management as well as high service and quality standards
• Optimisation of processes as well as workflows and interfaces
• Participation in defining regulations as well as building and maintaining the knowledge database
• Ensuring good and efficient collaboration with other internal functions
• Participation in various projects as well as active involvement in the further development of the Operations & Services Pension area

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training with advanced training in occupational pensions, social insurance or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in pension fund administration
• Proven several years of leadership experience in a comparable environment
• High sense of responsibility as well as proven leadership skills
• Decisiveness, assertiveness and delegation skills
• Service orientation as well as structured and goal-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in shaping, managing and accompanying change processes
• Digitally savvy and interested in technological developments
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
