The Schörli residential home offers a protected home for 12 people with dementia. The homely house with a large garden is located in a quiet part of Schwamendingen. We place individual daily activities at the centre of our actions and promote a family-like community life.

As part of our team, you shape this everyday life: personally, attentively and professionally.

Your role with us

You competently and empathetically care for and support our residents.

You actively contribute to the family-like community life.

You take on daily responsibility.

As a key person, you accompany individual life situations.

You specifically involve trainees in daily care routines.

What you bring

Training as a qualified nurse HF, DN1 or experienced health professional (FaGe)

Experience and enjoyment in supporting people with dementia

A respectful, appreciative approach to our residents

Empathy, team spirit – and ideally a sense of humour
