Your new tasks
- Multilingual support and advice for active insured persons and pension recipients
- Independent handling of all business transactions for the assigned portfolio (entries and exits, salary changes, WEF advances and repayments, etc.)
- Coordination of technical accounting with financial accounting, monthly cash flow reporting as well as quarterly and year-end closing tasks
- Special tasks in the area of pensions and lecturer activities
- Preparation of all correspondence related to business and benefit cases
- Processing and calculation of benefit cases (e.g., retirements, risk benefit cases, coordination)
- Technical processing and electronic filing of business and benefit cases (application P40)
- Maintaining contact with affiliated companies and their HR managers
- Active participation in projects
Your talents and experience
- Commercial basic training
- Further training as a specialist in personnel pensions with a federal certificate or social insurance specialist with a federal certificate
- Experience in pension fund administration or social insurance. Additional experience in technical accounting is an advantage.
- Precise working method, high resilience, and initiative
- Affinity for digitalization topics
- Very good knowledge of common Microsoft applications Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneNote
- Fluent in German, French or other languages are an advantage
