Your Tasks
- You advise patients and their relatives during hospital treatment on personal, social, legal, and financial matters.
- Together with patients, you develop situation-appropriate solutions. This includes clarifying social circumstances, mediating material assistance, and planning an efficient hospital discharge.
- You work in an interdisciplinary context and utilise diverse contacts with external agencies such as social insurance, authorities, and healthcare providers.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a comparable diploma
- Professional experience, preferably in healthcare
- Solution-oriented and independent working style and enjoyment of a dynamic hospital environment
- Ability to communicate clearly
