The Growth Office Marketing department mission is to co-create an environment for EHL units and marketers to succeed in their business growth objectives. They aim at strengthening EHL's core business, co-creating a marketing tool kit for success, aligned with EHL group's business growth objectives by using market intelligence, brand management, product & services development, and performance marketing.

Marketing Intern
The mission of the Marketing Intern is to support the entire Growth Office Marketing team across a wide range of operational tasks. The role is designed to offer a broad, hands-on introduction to marketing operations within a dynamic, multi-expertise environment.
What will you do?
- Assisting with brand campaigns (e.g. brief preparation, media planning, creative production follow-up?)
- Contributing to website updates, digital coordination?
- Supporting CRM activities such as light data quality checks and user-request follow-ups?
- Contributing to market and competitive intelligence research and analysis
- Supporting the design and update of on-brand marketing materials and presentations
- Helping prepare qualitative marketing materials and presentations
- Handling administrative and transversal coordination tasks
Who are you?
- Bachelor or Master student in business, marketing, digital marketing, mediamatics, or a related field
- A first experience or exposure to marketing is a strong asset
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express (Illustrator or InDesign is a plus)
- Interest in, or initial exposure to, CRM or digital marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot and advertising platforms)
- Interest in, or initial exposure to market research
- You are well-organized, curious, detail-oriented (and able to think holistically), autonomous, proactive with excellent communication skills
- Strong command of Microsoft Office
- You are fluent in English and French (German is a plus)
