What is my role?

As a Surface Coater (m/f/d), you can expect a varied job with responsibility!

• You continuously monitor product quality and initiate the appropriate corrective measures if necessary

• You actively assist with major maintenance work

• You ensure that complex customer parts are processed on time

• You actively contribute to our continuous improvement process and help shape it

• You pass on your knowledge to 5 motivated apprentices and support them in their professional training

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a Surface Coater EFZ

• Relevant professional experience in surface coating

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• An eye for improvement potential and the drive to implement it

• Assertiveness combined with social skills and a cooperative working style
