Junior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
If you want to apply your strengths in a versatile HR environment and develop yourself at the same time, the following tasks await you:
- Consulting and support of managers and employees at all hierarchical levels on personnel-related and labor law issues throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Active participation in ongoing and upcoming foundation-wide HR projects as well as in change processes
- Recruitment of managers in cooperation with line supervisors
- Participation in the planning and implementation of HR-specific events and information sessions for employees as well as leadership training for supervisors (e.g. introduction day, HR backpack)
- Close cooperation with our HR administration, payroll, HR controlling teams as well as other internal and external contact persons

This is how you convince us:
- Commercial or equivalent basic training with further education in Human Resources (HR specialist certificate)
- Experience in supporting and advising supervisors up to management level (e.g. as an HR Generalist or first knowledge as a Junior HR Business Partner), very desirable in healthcare
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law
- Winning personality with pronounced social and professional competence, high service orientation and a hands-on mentality
