What is my role?

In this varied and versatile role, you take on site management for new installations and garden renovations

• You coordinate the optimal deployment of personnel, machinery and materials

• You ensure a smooth workflow and compliance with quality standards and pay attention to occupational safety

• You are the contact person for your team and work closely with site management

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed training as a landscape gardener or gardener specialising in garden and landscape construction

• You bring several years of professional experience in garden and landscape construction

• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in team leadership

• You hold a driving licence class B, ideally also BE

• You work independently, reliably and have a good eye for detail

• You enjoy working in a team and can motivate others
