Machine and Plant Operator 3-Shift 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Set up, operate and monitor modern production and manufacturing equipment professionally during operation?

• Ensure and actively support continuous production processes

• Provide materials for manufacturing, check and record them in the system

• Ensure product quality according to established standards and document it comprehensively

• Strict compliance with all safety, quality, GMP, hygiene, operational and environmental guidelines

• Contribute actively to a safe, orderly and efficient production environment

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training in a technical or production-related field, e.g. as a plastics technologist, paper technologist, production mechanic, mechanic or in a comparable profession

• Practical experience in operating and managing machines and equipment in production

• Knowledge in industrial manufacturing or in the field of plastics processing is desirable

• Flexibility and willingness to work in a 3-shift system

• Independent, precise and solution-oriented approach to tasks

• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form for daily communication and documentation
