Department Manager Dairy
Tasks
- You operationally manage the department according to business management principles and implement the defined company and market performance processes
- You promote and develop employees, including the implementation of staff and holiday planning as well as horizontal promotion (TOJ)
- You ensure compliance with internal and legal QS and ASIB guidelines as well as the implementation of internal regulations and instructions
- You maintain the flow of information and communication within the department, the market and with MCM
- You build a network of relationships with our customers
- You are responsible for daily sales readiness and product presentation, the execution of sales activities according to the annual sales plan and ensuring product availability
Requirements
- You already have leadership experience and bring several years of experience in a comparable role
- You enjoy active customer contact
- You are proficient with the MS Office suite
- You are enthusiastic about new challenges
- You speak flawless German
- It is an advantage if you already have forklift and/or pedestrian truck training (SUVA standard)
