Role Objective:

In this leadership role, you ensure that all warehouse and logistics processes run efficiently, on time and economically. Together with your team, you create the conditions for reliable material supply and smooth goods flow along the entire value chain. Through continuous optimisation of processes, resources and standards, you make an important contribution to the performance and future development of the site.

Your Responsibilities:

• Technical and personnel management of the operational logistics areas of goods receipt, internal logistics, order picking and shipping
• Organisation and control of daily business as well as ensuring efficient processes
• Responsibility for compliance with and further development of quality, safety and logistics standards
• Planning and coordination of personnel and resource deployment
• Analysis of relevant key figures as well as implementation of optimisation and efficiency measures
• Conducting employee interviews, promoting team members and organising training
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces to ensure smooth material flow

Your Profile:

• Completed training in logistics, warehousing or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the warehousing and logistics sector
• Initial leadership experience and enjoyment in developing employees
• Good knowledge of modern logistics and warehousing processes
• Organisational strength as well as solution-oriented and structured working style
• Hands-on mentality, assertiveness and team spirit
• Very good German and good English skills
