We are a successful Swiss family business operating internationally in the fruit and vegetable sector. Our corporate culture is characterized by dynamism, openness, and agility. For our administration and accounting, we are looking for a reliable and independent personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Reception and telephone switchboard support
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the reception area and meeting rooms
- Incoming and outgoing mail including franking and parcel shipping
- Checking, correcting, scanning, and sending delivery notes and picking slips
- Returns management including creation of credit notes according to sales instructions
- Purchasing, ordering, issuing, and managing office supplies
- General administrative tasks
- Creation of customer invoices (daily, collective, and periodic invoices)
- Control, scanning, and coding of creditors including VAT invoice control
- Processing the mailbox invoices@
- Accounting of cash receipts and payment of expenses (substitute accounting)
- Support of management and executive board
Your profile:
- Commercial training (KV) or equivalent
- Expertise in accounting
- Experience with Abacus
- Confident German language skills
- Basic knowledge of French and English is an advantage
- Precise, independent, and reliable working style
- Resilient, flexible, and discreet
