Automation Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Assembly and commissioning of automated system solutions on site at our customers worldwide

• Carrying out maintenance, service and repair work on measuring and automation devices

• Setup and parameterisation of hardware and software components as well as their connection to existing networks

• Telephone support and technical advice for our customers

• Conducting training for plant operators

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical vocational training, for example as an automation technician, electrician, polymechanic, industrial mechanic or mechanic in the vehicle or agricultural machinery sector

• Several years of practical experience in the assembly and installation of systems or machines

• Knowledge in wiring of assemblies, ideally complemented by hydraulics know-how

• Experience in the field of machine and control engineering desirable

• Confident handling of PC applications

• German as mother tongue

• Very good English skills, French skills are a plus

• High willingness to travel (about 70% of working time)

• Independent, team-oriented and reliable working style as well as flexibility and resilience
