About the job

We are looking for you as a group leader in the School Complementary Care Hegifeld. From 17 August 2026 or by arrangement, you will lead a children’s group Cycle 1 during 39 school weeks on five days per week. Additionally, you will lead the holiday care during three to four school holiday weeks.

Your Tasks

Independent management of a large kindergarten and school children group within the care

Implementation of educational daily activities for the children’s group

Prevention and early detection work

Collaboration with parents, the school and specialists

Cooperative teamwork with the team

Your Profile

Completed training as a social pedagogue or care specialist EFZ

Experience in caring for kindergarten and school-age children

Ability to reflect on your own working methods

Resilient, proactive and team-oriented personality

Enjoyment in dealing with people from different cultures
