Your future area of responsibility
- You take responsibility for your kitchen station and manage mise-en-place, production processes and workflows with overview, organisational talent and a high degree of independence.
- With craftsmanship, precision and creativity, you implement our culinary concepts at a high level and thus actively contribute to guest satisfaction.
- You professionally lead demi chefs, commis and trainees at your station, pass on your knowledge and ensure a structured induction of new team members.
- You live our quality standards, consistently work according to HACCP guidelines and ensure an appealing presentation as well as flawless results on the plate.
- Within the framework of inventory management, you independently place orders for your area, monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage.
- In close cooperation with the sous chef and head chef, you actively contribute to the further development of our menu concepts and participate in the creation of new dishes.
Your profile
- Completed training as a cook and several years of professional experience in the kitchen
- Passion for cooking, high product knowledge and quality awareness
- Team spirit, leadership skills and organisational talent
- Independent, structured way of working
- Good German skills, English skills an advantage
