Your Tasks and Perspectives
- Selection and placement of artistic concepts that give the public and semi-public areas of HOCH an inspiring, identity-forming atmosphere
- Management and supervision of art projects from idea to implementation – from "Art in Architecture" to collection strategies
- Promotion of dialogue between art, employees, patients, and visitors
- Close collaboration with the art commission, external experts, and shaping the long-term artistic direction of the HOCH company
- Co-creation of a sustainable understanding of art in a future-oriented healthcare organization that combines aesthetics, meaning, and corporate identity
What You Bring to This Position
- Completed university degree in art history, cultural or art management, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the conception and implementation of art projects, ideally in an institutional or public context including new acquisitions
- Sound knowledge of contemporary art, art in architecture, and collection management
- High communication and mediation skills in dealing with artists, committees, and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational talent, conceptual strength, manual skills, as well as a sense for artistic quality, impact, and presentation
