- Leading and also promoting employees: that is modern management for you.
- It is self-evident for you that economic principles are observed in your department.
- Also clear to you: compliance with quality and POS guidelines such as freshness/quality, hygiene, temperature regulations and expiry dates.
- When management is absent, you take over the leadership of the sales outlet.
Requirements
- Completed basic training in retail or corresponding professional experience in sales? Both suit us.
- Leadership tasks in a comparable role: you have experience with that.
- You give your all - for the company and the customers.
- You master German perfectly: spoken and written.
- You are friendly, team-oriented and present yourself well.
Training takes place in several sales outlets within the following area: Region Interlaken, Meiringen and Jungfrau Region.
