Production Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Personnel management of approx. 30 employees in shift work

• Responsibility for organising and optimising all production processes

• Planning and controlling production workflows with a focus on punctuality and quality

• Cost and inventory management to achieve company objectives

• Initiation and implementation of improvement projects

• Ensuring occupational safety and environmental protection measures

• Promotion of employee development and knowledge transfer

• Collaboration with adjacent departments

• Reporting to management

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training with further education at the level of a federal specialist certificate/HF or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in production management, preferably in metal processing

• Proven leadership skills in an industrial environment

• Expertise in production planning and control

• Willingness to change and ability to successfully implement innovations

• Strong quality awareness and enthusiasm for innovative steel products

• Entrepreneurial thinking and strategic decision-making ability

• Negotiation skills, solution orientation and strong team spirit

• Empathetic leadership personality with the ability to motivate and develop people

• Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
