What is my role?

• Precise setup of machines according to setup sheets and technical drawings

• Program optimisation and creation of new CNC programmes

• Conducting quality controls according to specifications using appropriate measuring instruments

• Close collaboration with production planning for new parts and order clarifications.

• Support in lean projects and continuous improvement processes (CIP).

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic, toolmaker or comparable qualification

• Experience in programming and setting up CNC machines for turning or milling work

• Preferably knowledge in CNC programming (Okuma OSP-P300S, Siemens SINUMERIK 840D Solution Line, Fanuc 01T) and CAM programming (preferably Top Solid)

• Precise, careful and structured working method as well as willingness to work in a two-shift system

• Teamwork skills, social competence and good German language skills

• Manual skills for minor maintenance work on machines are an advantage
