Help us shape a lean, robust and future-proof IT architecture in the context of the Nordstern Master Data Initiative of Zürcher Kantonalbank. As a highly experienced and committed IT Lead Architect, you will take on a key role in this multi-year strategic project, bearing overall responsibility for the system architecture and taking on the technical leadership of the solution architects.
Your tasks
- Develop a future-oriented architecture strategy for sales master data management and select and evaluate suitable technologies and solutions
- Create target architecture and architecture concepts, including integration and migration strategies, taking into account quality, scalability, security and performance
- Support strategic product decisions, including make-or-buy analyses, preparation and evaluation of tenders, and selection of suitable solutions
- Work closely with other architects, business units and stakeholders to ensure a consistent architecture
- Ensure compliance with architecture standards, regulatory requirements and best practices
Your profile
- Completed studies, ideally with a Master’s degree in computer science
- Several years of experience as an IT architect in complex IT landscapes, preferably in the financial industry
- Experience with modern architecture frameworks such as arc42, solid knowledge in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and agile environments (SAFe). Knowledge of cloud technologies, containerisation and Kafka as well as experience with AI are advantageous
- Experience in selecting and implementing complex standard software as well as knowledge in customer lifecycle management and handling customer data are advantageous
- An enthusiastic and assertive personality who pursues strategic goals with conviction, remains steadfast in challenging situations, feels comfortable in a complex and very demanding environment and proactively drives solutions forward
- Very good German skills, good English skills are advantageous
