The professional services and various forms of housing are used by up to 330 experienced elderly people. At our two locations Kreuzlingen and Bottighofen, we implement contemporary care and support concepts. We are guided by the principles of family-centered care and palliative care. • Support of the learning process during practical vocational training in a residential area
• Holistic, needs-oriented, individual and professionally competent care and support of our residents
• Primary nurse for the residents and their relatives
• Design and responsibility in the care process
• Assumption of daily responsibility in the residential area
• Competent execution of nursing technical measures
• Electronic nursing documentation with easyDOK and participation in care needs assessment according to RAI-NH
• Additional tasks according to individual specifications

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII) with professional experience
  (for foreign qualifications, equivalent training recognized by the SRK)
• Ideally completed vocational trainer course and at least 2 years of experience in a comparable function
• Empathetic, flexible, resilient personality with a high sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Ideally professional experience in gerontological nursing in Switzerland
• Great joy in dealing with experienced, care-dependent residents
• Good communication skills with confident German language skills in spoken and written form

• Versatile, demanding and meaningful activity within a professional, motivated and committed team
