For our Sonceboz site, we are looking for a

Operational Logistics Supervisor - M/F

Under the responsibility of the Operational Logistics Manager, you will be in charge of leading and supervising the operational logistics team.

In this context, your main missions are:

• Staff management: assignment planning and team organisation, identification of resource needs, development of versatility
• Ensuring compliance with standards in operations
• Continuous improvement: identifying potential progress areas, proposing improvements, implementing selected solutions
• Main contact for internal clients for all logistics questions
• Management of internal and supplier complaints
• Stock management: maintaining stores, monitoring components, their consumption and stock levels

Dynamic, rigorous, proactive and a natural leader, you have a taste for hands-on work and do not hesitate to invest yourself to successfully carry out your missions.

Holder of a BAC +2 level diploma in logistics or equivalent, you can rely on significant experience in operational logistics management, ideally in an environment combining volumes and productivity, such as the automotive sector.

For this position, mastery of SAP is mandatory, English would be an advantage.
