Your Tasks

Ensuring the smooth running of the cardiology consultation
Scheduling consultation, treatment, and diagnostic appointments
Performing specific diagnostic activities in the area of deployment with patient care and assistance during examinations
Performing venous and capillary blood sampling, infusions, and injections
Transcribing from dictation, composing various correspondences in the cardiology department, and taking minutes when required
Targeted support in process development
Meticulous maintenance of patient records in the electronic patient dossier (KISIM/Navision) and serving as the telephone contact person for patients as well as internal and external partners

Your Profile

A completed professional training as MPA, Health Specialist, or Certified Nursing Specialist
A strong affinity for handling medical-technical devices and computers
Fluent German with solid terminology knowledge, reflecting our professionalism in transcribing from dictation as well as in handling all correspondence
Forward-looking organisational talent as well as a reliable, team-oriented, solution-focused, and highly patient- and service-oriented personality
Interest and enjoyment in the profession and interdisciplinary teamwork
Willingness to contribute ideas, learn new things, and help shape the further development of the consultation hours
