Your important contribution
- Conducting and recording needs assessments with clients and relatives (interRAI-HC)
- Ensuring the nursing process: nursing documentation and individual care planning (assessment, planning, evaluation)
- Performing basic and treatment care for clients
- Coordination and communication with doctors, health insurance companies, and relatives
- Supporting the nursing management in the introduction and guidance of new employees
- Quality assurance through staff supervision
- Active participation in shaping work processes
What you bring with you
- Tertiary education as a nurse HF/FH
- Experience in home care or interest in outpatient care
- InterRAI-HC training is an advantage
- Perioperative experience is an advantage
- You make independent and straightforward decisions
- You are flexible and can adapt to changing situations
- Resident in the region and driving license category B
