Located in the Vevey region, the Cité du Genévrier welcomes adults with disabilities due to an intellectual deficiency, with or without mental health issues, on the autism spectrum, or with multiple disabilities.
As a multidisciplinary and multi-site structure, it offers the people welcomed a particularly harmonious living and working environment, as well as a set of skills adapted to the needs and aspirations of each individual.
To complete our replacement pool team in the work division sector, we are looking for a
Replacements take place in the various workshops of the institution and vary in duration according to needs.
As part of this position, part of the activity will take place within our integrated workshop at the COOP of Rennaz. The replacements carried out in this context aim to support the workers of the Cité du Genévrier in their daily activities, within a professional environment related to large-scale retail, while ensuring the management of unforeseen events and the specificities inherent to the functioning of a work workshop. Furthermore, the socio-professional master is the main contact person for the COOP staff and ensures that the quality of the tasks performed meets the expectations of the client.
Desired profile
Hold a diploma as a socio-professional master ES or a certificate as a socio-professional assistant
Have a basic training as a retail management CFC, or have experience in the sales field, an asset
Have experience in the field of intellectual disabilities
Be able to work independently and be comfortable in contact with others
Flexible, with excellent adaptability skills
Proficient in common computer tools
Start date: to be agreed upon.
