Your role at Globalance

As an Innovation Manager, you are an important strategic mind and operational engine of our digital future. You create the connection between business vision, data engineering and state-of-the-art artificial intelligence.

For this, you are responsible for our IT and data landscape and actively drive the next generation of our platform Globalance World 2.0 as Product Owner – a data-driven, visual experience that seamlessly connects the dimensions of financials, climate, footprint and megatrends.

For this, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and agile personality who combines technological excellence with implementation capability. You are responsible for our IT and data landscape and actively drive the next generation of our platform Globalance World 2.0 as Product Owner. You work closely with the COO and are a central co-designer of our data strategy.

Your area of responsibility

Digital transformation

• Bank responsible for IT and data organisation: You actively shape and drive the transformation towards an agile, data-centred corporate culture.
• Active establishment of a data- and AI-driven organisation across all departments – with a high degree of freedom in shaping structures, priorities and technological decisions.
• Sparring partner in the development of future-proof digital solutions and the further development of our platform strategy.

Product Ownership Globalance World 2.0

• Product Owner for data, feeds and platform functionalities in the modern Microsoft Fabric ecosystem – you ensure that Globalance World remains more than just an IT project, but acts as a strategic differentiator.
• Operational responsibility for the product roadmap, backlog management and the agile implementation of features such as AI-supported content, portfolio upload and impact metrics.
• Ensuring the highest data quality, system stability and measurable business added value – data becomes real decision-making and impact advantages for customers and new business models.

Process digitalisation, Data & AI leadership

• Conceptual development and scaling of Microsoft Fabric Lakehouses across the architecture levels Bronze, Silver and Gold – without legacy burdens, on a modern data stack.
• Successful implementation of innovative AI features including intelligent agents, customised chatbots and configuration of Large Language Models (LLMs) in Microsoft Foundry.
• Reliable assurance of IT operations including pragmatic tech support (hardware and software) – you enjoy transforming complexity into scalable processes.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Mindset: Proactive, curious, hands-on, pragmatic and entrepreneurial thinking – with the ability to translate complex technical issues understandably for top management and non-specialist colleagues.
• Tech stack: Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Fabric platform (Lakehouse architectures, data layer) as well as practical experience in evaluating and implementing AI/LLM solutions and autonomous agent systems.
• Doer: Inspiring personality with empathy and enthusiasm who actively takes the organisation on the path to a data-driven corporate culture.
• Experience: Solid, proven practice in carrying out IT and data transformation projects (MSCI, Bloomberg feeds et al.) in Swiss banking, FinTech or growth companies.
• Qualification: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field; excellent communication in German and English.
