• Independent processing of post-documentation requests from insurance intermediaries in German and/or French
• Competent written and telephone response to technical and administrative enquiries
• Close cooperation with the supervisory departments as well as thematically with cross-sectional functions and other business areas – especially in the area of enforcement

• Completed commercial training (profile E/M)
• Initial professional experience in the financial sector is an advantage
• High willingness to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment in contact with different stakeholders
• Very good written and oral communication skills
• Very good German or French skills (C2) and good knowledge of the other language (B1)
