What is my role?

• You prepare execution and detail plans in 2D and 3D with ArchiCAD

• You actively contribute to digital models and further develop planning standards

• You develop constructive solutions and detailed designs

• You organise and maintain the digital planning bases

• You ensure compliance with standards and quality requirements

• You work closely with architects and planners

• You create technical documentation and plans according to specifications

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training as a draughtsperson EFZ Architecture

• You have experience in execution and detail planning

• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form (mandatory)

• You have good knowledge of ArchiCAD (2D/3D) ?

• You possess a strong constructive understanding and high attention to detail

• You have experience dealing with standards and regulations (SIA, VFC, VKF, etc.)

• You work purposefully, precisely and solution-oriented

• You are a team player and communicative
