HF Nurse as Education Officer, 60-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You shape the next generation of nursing professionals with heart and mind
• In doing so, you develop a training concept and implement it
• You take over semester planning, support the trainees, and ensure that learning objectives are achieved
• Furthermore, you lead the education team and create a trust-based relationship within the team
• Planning, organising, and leading learning support and external internships are also part of your demanding tasks
• You are also the central contact person for learners, professionals, and legal representatives
• Regular quality assurance and motivating support of learners complete your diverse range of tasks
• The workload can, depending on preference, range between 60 and 100%

Requirements

• You have completed training as an HF/FH/DN2 nurse (recognition by the SRK is required for foreign diplomas)
• An additional qualification in adult education is important for this role, at least at the level of federally certified trainer (or in training)
• Organisational skills and enjoyment in working with young people are also important
• Additionally, you bring the willingness to occasionally work directly in nursing (depending on the workload)
• Do you consider yourself socially competent, communicative, and structured?
