Our employees develop, produce, and market highly precise instruments to provide our customers with the greatest possible benefit in their demanding fields of application.For the development of user-friendly and attractive user interfaces, we are looking for an enthusiastic UX Designer (100%) to join our R&D organization at the Greifensee location, METTLER TOLEDO's global operational headquarters.In this role, your responsibilities would include:Design user interfaces for measuring instruments and desktop applications.Collaborate closely with requirements engineering, product management, and software development teams to gather and communicate stakeholder needs.Work with international project teams and cross-functional matrix organizations to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.Create high‑ and low‑fidelity interaction designs and validate them with stakeholders.Solve complex design problems, evaluate and iterate design variants, and develop detailed, implementation-ready design solutions.Extend and maintain high‑fidelity design systems and product‑specific UI guidelines, contributing to company‑wide UX/UI standards through participation in MT Design Guideline committees.Design visual UI elements such as icons, graphics, and interface skins.Guide software development teams during the implementation of new features to ensure design quality and consistency
