Vocational Training Responsible for Care
We live in an uncomplicated and collegial working atmosphere with a casual culture and regular employee events. Participation and involvement, as well as personal responsibility, are highly valued here.
The weekly working hours amount to 42 hours. Trainees up to 20 and employees from 59 receive 30 days of vacation. All other employees enjoy 25 working days of vacation. For specialized staff, we adhere to the guidelines of the Canton of Bern and pay market-appropriate wages. Where operationally possible, we offer home office options.
Our own gastronomy teams provide fresh and seasonal cuisine at all locations at reasonable prices. Sports, leisure, and educational offerings promote health in the workplace.
