Construction Project Manager, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will take on the local construction management as well as construction supervision for new builds and conversions
• You will be responsible for tendering, costing and scheduling in all phases
• You will conduct meetings with clients, contractors and authorities
• In addition, you are responsible for cost management, handover of the object and warranty matters
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have training in the construction sector as well as further education as a construction manager / construction technician or equivalent (m/f/d)
• Whether young or older, all are warmly welcome
• Do you describe yourself as cooperative, communicative, resilient and goal-oriented?
