• Support in the care and supervision of residents/patients in everyday life
• Assistance with personal hygiene, mobilization, and nutrition under the guidance of nursing staff
• Execution of nursing and caregiving tasks according to the competence profile
• Observation of the health status of residents and passing on relevant information to the nursing staff
• Co-responsibility for a appreciative, respectful, and empathetic care
• Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety guidelines
• Assistance with household tasks in the nursing area
• The activity involves about 3 hours of care per day

• Completed training as an SRK nursing assistant
• Enjoyment of working with elderly, care-dependent, or impaired people
• Empathy, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Physical and mental resilience
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends (depending on the area of deployment)
• Driver's license category B and own vehicle
