In this demanding role, you will significantly contribute to patient safety and the quality of our clinical processes.
Your Challenge
- Expert Care: You ensure the professional care and monitoring of our patients before, during, and after anesthesiological procedures
- Collaborative Professional Leadership: In close interdisciplinary cooperation with the specialist physicians, you independently and properly conduct anesthesias
- Broad Spectrum: Your area of responsibility extends across the entire range of surgery, including demanding tasks in obstetrics and the shock room
- Quality Development: We count on your participation in specialist projects for the continuous optimization of our standards
Your Profile
We are looking for a loyal professional who brings the following qualifications:
- Formal Qualification: a completed postgraduate degree (NDS HF) in anesthesia care as well as solid practical experience in acute care
- Personal Maturity: a conscientious, resilient, and reflective working style as well as a high degree of team orientation
- Linguistic Precision: confident German in spoken and written form for seamless documentation and communication
- Commitment: willingness to actively participate in our shift model and take on responsibility.
