With the move to our new work environment in March 2026, the Registration Office will become the Resident Services Department. Our mandate will broaden: In addition to the classic tasks of resident services, we will in future take on additional counter tasks from other administrative areas.

You are the first point of contact at the counter and on the phone – with a lot of personal responsibility, a friendly manner and the necessary expertise or the motivation to acquire it. You handle diverse concerns such as resident, voting and dog registers, migration as well as arrivals and departures. With the expansion to the new resident services, additional tasks from other administrative areas will also be added, making your field of activity even broader and more varied.
What do you bring with you?
Ideally, you already have administrative experience or the motivation to acquire the necessary knowledge. You work independently, remain friendly even during busy times and take on responsibility. You are willing to familiarize yourself with the diverse services of the new resident services and confidently master various counter tasks. You are comfortable with digital tools like Innosolvcity and have good German and English skills – additional languages are an advantage.
