Deputy Head of Maintenance 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Together with the Head of Maintenance, you are responsible for the continuous upkeep and the technically flawless condition of all production-relevant systems and machines

• You take on the professional and personnel management of the team of plant mechanics and ensure smooth operational processes

• You are responsible for the practical training and supervision of our apprentices in the field of production mechanics EFZ and promote their professional development

• You handle the entire ordering process for spare and wear parts and ensure the timely availability of all required materials

• You actively contribute to the optimisation of maintenance processes and the improvement of system availability

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed vocational training as a mechanic, production mechanic or in a comparable technical profession

• Several years of practical experience in a similar role, ideally with leadership responsibility

• Solid technical know-how in handling production systems and machines

• Proven experience in an industrial or commercial environment

• An independent, structured and precise way of working

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage

• Ideally experience in staff management and training of apprentices
