Furthermore, we have identified numerous potentials for profitable growth across the entire portfolio of NIQ and GfK. To continue driving our growth successfully, we are currently looking for a highly talented Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for our Retail Team in Switzerland.
YOUR FUTURE TASKS:
- You develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with the various business areas of your customers in the Swiss retail sector in FMCG and Nonfood/Tech & Durables.
- You plan and manage the success of your accounts based on strategic account plans from stakeholder mapping through white spots to SWOT analysis
- You identify and understand the key needs of the different departments and decision-makers of your customers
- You rely on customer-centric, strategic selling to secure existing customer contracts and continuously expand across the entire NIQ/GfK portfolio
- Together with colleagues from the product areas, you create and present convincing offers tailored to the specific questions of your customers and negotiate these to sales success
- You bring together expertise from the specialist departments to find solutions that delight our customers and thereby achieve your sales targets
- Pipeline management (Leads -> Opportunities -> Wins -> Renewals)
- You prepare contracts in close coordination with the relevant specialist departments, such as Legal
- Customer and budget responsibility
- Mix of office days, home office, and occasional travel
YOUR PROFILE:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the market for FMCG / Nonfood / Retail
- Completed university degree or comparable qualification
- Fluent German and English skills, French skills advantageous
- Good understanding of the customer (market, organisation, people, strategies, and contract conditions)
- Customer orientation and your strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in consultative sales/selling, influencing skills, and negotiation skills
