Your profile:
- Proven experience in property management assistance is essential,
- Good knowledge of tenancy law,
- A structured and rigorous organisation,
- A customer service orientation and diplomacy,
- Proficiency in common IT tools,
- Perfect command of French, written and spoken,
- Good knowledge of English.
Your main responsibilities:
In close collaboration with a property manager, you will participate in the administrative and technical management of a portfolio of residential and institutional properties.
You will play a key role in the various processes; your main tasks will be as follows:
- Preparation of lease contracts and amendments, transfers, rent increases,
- Management of correspondence and handling of telephone calls,
- Contacts with tenants, owners and companies,
- Preparation of purchase orders for quotes and maintenance work,
- Participation in the management of rent increases, indexations, staggered payments and decreases,
- Follow-up of claims files and declarations to insurance companies,
- Taking minutes during internal or external meetings.
