Your tasks

• Primary contact person for customers, analyzing their processes in the area of disposition & workflows (outpatient clinics, emergency, therapies, OR).
• Responsible for testing new developments and customer-specific adjustments.
• Processing customer tickets for the disposition and workflow module of our KISIM.
• Management of customer-specific configurations for calendars and workflows.
• Close collaboration with the internal development team and product managers for optimal solution finding.

Your profile

• Experience with clinical processes in the area of outpatient and inpatient departments in hospitals and clinics.
• Good knowledge of treatment planning software and software configurations.
• Ability to capture requirements, analyze them, and develop solutions (requirement engineering) and document them clearly.
• Detail-oriented working style and a good eye for testing.
• Communicative with high consulting competence and enjoyment of professional customer contact.
• Systematic and transparent working style and willingness to contribute in a team.
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, ideally French skills.
