Your Profile

Completed technical or commercial training
Ideally already experience in the procurement of technical goods
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with SAP is an advantage
High degree of initiative, willingness to perform, and ability to work in a team
Structured, solution- and goal-oriented way of working

Your Challenges

Workshop purchasing for consumables and building materials as well as part of the inventory; first point of contact for workshop employees
Building a structured and transparent procurement organization for the workshop
Conducting market analyses, identifying synergies and bundling potentials
Development of procurement strategies
Obtaining offers, comparing quotes, as well as professional awarding and final negotiations
Early identification of improvement potentials and development of efficient solutions
Establishing clear standards and efficient processes

After an appropriate familiarization period and acquisition of industry knowledge, you will be assigned the procurement of individual product groups.
