At the nursing center Baar, we care for and support 165 elderly and young people, ensuring the well-being of our residents with great care and competent nursing. The individual is at the center of our focus, lived diversity.

Your new workplace

Our two lovingly designed and modern houses offer our residents a unique home full of comfort. Your new workplace will be in House 2. This house houses four geriatric departments, complemented by various lounges and terraces. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful view into the glazed inner courtyard with a real tree, light-flooded rooms, and a beautiful panoramic view.

What can you expect from us?

What does your workday look like?

• With your team, you cover the entire daily routine of the residents in your department.
• You take on daily responsibility and are the point of contact for residents, relatives, doctors, and your team.
• As a nursing professional, you independently plan and carry out all nursing processes, administer the nursing documentation, and implement the concepts in the areas of kinesthetic, basic stimulation, and validation.
• The continuous performance recording in RAI is also part of your tasks, as well as supporting our learners and new employees.

What do you bring?

• You bring a well-filled backpack that includes a completed tertiary education at the level of Nursing Specialist HF or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland by the SRK.
• A few years of professional experience in a similar role and enjoyment in dealing with elderly people.
• Humor, solution orientation, and passion for the profession round off your profile.
