tasks

• you support the project managers in interesting construction projects
• you help coordinate the construction projects with clients and authorities
• furthermore, you assist with quotations, construction accounting and invoice checks
• appointment coordination with craftsmen and suppliers is also part of your demanding task
• the workload can be 90% or 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have training as a structural draughtsperson / architectural draughtsperson or have a construction trade qualification, e.g. as a carpenter, joiner or bricklayer (m/f/d)
• further training is an advantage but can also be completed later
• it is a great advantage if you already have 1-2 years of professional experience as a junior site manager, but this is not a requirement
• do you consider yourself reliable, communicative and goal-oriented?
