Your tasks
You will work for our radiology ID Imagerie, branch of Unilabs laboratoire d’analyses médicales SA, in one of our centers located on rue de Rive in Geneva. Within the administration, you will join the billing service composed of two people and will be under the responsibility of the Finance Director.
- Control of billed services
- Creation and sending of invoices (electronically and by mail)
- Correction of files according to LAMAL, LAA laws, ...
- Processing of invoice returns from insurance via MEDIDATA
- Handling of letters, patient/insurance emails
- Answering phone calls
- Processing insurance statements
- Sending reminders to patients/insurances
- Various administrative tasks
- Creation of patient files
- Coding of radiological exams
What you bring
Technical
Desired or required:
- Experience in a medical environment required (radiology would be a plus)
- Experience in billing desired (radiology would be a plus)
- Good oral and written expression in French
Are an asset:
- Knowledge of legislation regarding service coverage
- Knowledge of TARMED
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good knowledge of English
