About the job

Main assortment responsibility for the business areas CLEANING & CARE and WASHROOM as well as co-responsibility for the product segments in HEALTHCARE and OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY

Further development and implementation of the strategy (own and external brands) in the sense of a holistic product management approach (product development, portfolio management, product marketing)

Preparation of assortment and argumentation briefings for the creation of marketing communication (e.g. catalogs and product flyers, digital communication including e-commerce, internal training in the DELTA Academy, etc.)

Market observation and preparation of customer and market information

Creation of product and argumentation documents as well as conducting training together with marketing or business development (e.g. DELTA Academy)

Professional support of sales at the key account management level and field and internal sales (e.g. tandem visits, coaching, training)

Competent and service-oriented handling/advising of sales for major customers (A-/B-potential) and special projects

Product controlling/statistics/evaluation

Strategic support of existing suppliers as well as ensuring know-how transfer with suppliers including visits, trade fair participation

Master data management in the responsible business area

Completed university education, preferably with a focus on business (especially marketing, product management, innovation management or sales), business development or business psychology/applied psychology
Several years of professional experience in product management
High independence, quick comprehension as well as the ability to think beyond your own area of responsibility
Outgoing, team-oriented personality with healthy assertiveness and positive spirit
Entrepreneurial thinking in an SME environment with the will to help shape ongoing company development
Very good IT skills: MS Office, MS Dynamics desirable
Very good German skills as well as English skills in spoken and written form
