About the job
The Solothurn Centre Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies and promotes people with disabilities of all age groups as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.
At our location in Zuchwil, we are looking for a Residential Specialist, 50-70%, starting 1 September 2026 or by arrangement

What to expect
- Designing a meaningful daily routine and needs-oriented leisure activities for people with multiple disabilities
- Carrying out nursing and domestic tasks in everyday life
- Close and appreciative collaboration with relatives and legal representatives and coordination of the interdisciplinary key worker system
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist areas
Your profile
- Completed training as a Social Pedagogy Specialist HF or as a Care Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in health and social services and a special flair for working with people with disabilities
- Good communication and writing skills as well as very good knowledge of German
- High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
- Good IT user skills (Word, Outlook)
