• Independent Case Handling: You handle legal cases from private and corporate clients, especially in the field of mobility. Your advice is mainly given by telephone

• Legal Advice with a Modern Twist: You analyse a wide variety of issues and solve problems straightforwardly, pragmatically and in the interest of the clients
• Negotiations: You conduct oral and written negotiations with insured persons, opposing parties, lawyers and authorities

• You have a BSc in Business Law or a comparable degree from a Swiss university
• Practical professional experience in the field of road traffic and criminal law is an advantage
• You are strong in communication and can convey complex matters clearly and empathetically. In addition, you have unbeatable negotiation skills. Foreign languages (Italian/French) are an advantage
• The satisfaction of your clients is important to you and you are committed to fulfilling their concerns as best as possible
• At the same time, you bring an economic basic understanding and know how to weigh costs and benefits in case handling and interpret case-relevant figures
