Are you interested in a challenging and diverse role at the interface between law and politics? The Legal Department of the General Secretariat supports the offices and departments of the Health Directorate in all legal matters. It participates in projects, drafts laws, handles parliamentary initiatives, and litigates in appeal procedures.
To strengthen the General Legal Service division, we are looking for a lawyer, 60-80%, to start immediately or by agreement, fixed-term until the end of 2027.
Your tasks
- Preparation of legal documents, consultations, co-reports, orders, and assignments within the responsibility of the General Secretariat;
- Legal advice and support for the offices of the Health Directorate;
- Accompanying and participating in legislative projects;
- Independently clarifying complex legal issues.
Your profile
- University degree in law (MLaw or lic. iur.) with very good knowledge of public law;
- Special interest in legal issues in the field of health law;
- Professional experience and knowledge of procedures and processes in administrations or organizations;
- Solution-oriented, advisory competence, and precise expression;
- Structured, independent, and efficient working style.
