The Hardware/Tools/Machinery department offers tools, small and large machines, screws of all sizes and types, as well as construction and furniture fittings. It also includes everything needed for storage in living areas, cellars and storage spaces, home security products, as well as a wide selection of workwear. The range is complemented by the "Profil Express" service (metal cutting).

Your main tasks:

• From welcoming to seeing off the customer, you will advise them with friendliness and competence.
• You will place orders and ensure that your department is optimally stocked.
• You will be responsible for the attractive presentation of the merchandise for the customer.
• You will also need to ensure that your workplace remains tidy and clean.

Your profile:

• You have acquired your technical knowledge through comprehensive training or several years of experience as a do-it-yourself salesperson, locksmith, mechanic, ...
• You are a native French or German speaker. Good knowledge of the other language is an advantage.
• Some initial experience in sales and the habit of working during business opening hours would be ideal.
• You enjoy direct contact with customers and, for you, friendliness remains a priority even during busy periods.
• You like selling BAUHAUS products and have a friendly and service-oriented attitude.
