Junior Site Manager, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• As a junior site manager, you support the project managers in demanding construction projects
• In this role, you control construction processes, negotiate with suppliers and supervise subcontractors on site
• You will also be introduced to tendering and costing
• You optimise work steps and take responsibility for quality, deadlines and costs
• You also ensure smooth processes and are the contact person for architects, specialist planners, contractors and craftsmen
• An experienced site manager will support you in this role
• The workload can be between 80% and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training as an architectural draughtsman / structural draughtsman, bricklayer, carpenter or similar and bring professional experience in Switzerland (m/f/d)
• If you wish to attend or are already attending site manager school, this is ideal but not mandatory
• A customer-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working is also an important prerequisite
