Field Sales Representative 100% in the Bern Region
To succeed a long-standing employee due to retirement, we are looking for a communicative and independent personality as a field sales representative in the Bern region from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Personal advice and support of assigned customers on site
- Proactive sale of consumables in the hygiene and medical sector to customer groups
public sector, facility management, hotel/restaurant industry, resellers as well as housekeeping of retirement and nursing homes - Acquisition of new customers through systematic market development and analysis of the sales area
- Price/condition negotiations, creating and processing offers
- Budget responsibility as well as customer analyses
- Processing customer enquiries and providing technical support
- Maintaining customer data and reporting customer visits
Your profile
- Sales talent with successful experience in field sales
- Commitment, motivation and a convincing manner
- Valid driving licence category B
- Proficient in the use of technical aids
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are essential
- User knowledge of common software products
